Location: china | Hello every body! The winter has coming, do you wanna make your feet always warm all night and more comfortable time on bed? In china people generally do it like this:
Before you go to bed for sleep, you need a basin of warm water(around 40C)and immerge your feet in it. OK, very well, and then let's add the hot water into the basin gradually and slowly untill your feet's color red or the water in the basin is hot enough to you(around 80--85C). Now your blood of body have had stimulated by the hot water. you need to do is wipe you feet dry and thrown youself on to the bed as quickly as you can.
Give a youself a chance to try it and you will really find a los of benefits in this way. If you do it like this please let me know your feeling and share it with us!! :p
PS: Many grammar error in the article I know, but successful to me if you could understand the overline :D |

These are directions for cooking your feet. |

Snuggling with lady stonebobbo's friends would likely land me in hot water ... much hotter than 85C. |

Location: GATLINBURG TENNESSEE :) | Thank You Frank, for the idea. I live in Northern Michigan, and sometimes I just can't get those feet warm after a long day outside shoveling snow. I will try that. In the past (when I could find time)I have soaked my feet in warm water and then my wondeful wife would massage oils and lotion into them for about an hour. Now THAT"S a treat for any time of the year! |

Oh, did I mention that was BEFORE I started buying a bunch of guitars? The number of foot massages have dramatically decreased now. |

| Hey, tried that hot water (as hot as I could stand) and it was very relaxing, a real treat to the feet, felt really soothing. Now I'm looking forward to it, again. Try it, treat yourselves, man. |
