Wow! I am really lovin' this lefty 1618 GC 12 string I got today. Beautiful sunburst and in excellent condition.
This is my Christmas present to myself.
I'm sorry but I just have to brag.
This plays so well for a 12 string. It really surprized me. And it sounds wonderfull too!
Well, back to the guitar.

Was it really made at the factory as a lefty? That's gotta be VERY unusual...as well as beautiful! Enjoy.

Congratulations, hatman, from one lefty Glen Campbell 12-string owner to another! :) Mine is a factory lefty also ('cept mine has a natural finish). Merry Christmas and enjoy!

Awesome!
Another Lefty GC 12 string owner. What are the chances? Big Smile here!
Mine is a 79. I looked it up here on this site. By the way, thanks to whomever is responsible for this site. I beleive that the person who sold me this guitar found me through this site. Thanks!
Jeff, Morgan Music also has a natural finish lefty 6 string GC for sale. I don't know if you are looking but, He He He. It's there.
And by the way, their customer service was great.
Anyway, back to the 12 string.
Bye!

Jeff,
If anyone doubts that there are any quality lefty instruments around, all they have to do is look at our posts to see that there are.
Nice stable you have there.

Nice to see that Kansas has an Ovation lover. I graduated from K State and my wife graduated from Wichita State. My college roommate is here from Salina visiting for Christmas. He is a Taylor guy. I suppose if I could get a Taylor 810 for $800 like he did, I might learn to like it.
Maybe you should buy that 6 string before it disappears.

Yep, there are some nice leftys out there, but we sure have to look long and hard to find 'em, don't we? BTW, you have a pretty impressive stable yourself. :)

Mike,
You are welcome to bring some of your instruments and let's jam. That would really be fun! I attend a jam here every Monday at a friend's house. We have a lot of fun. Just let me know if you are serious and we will work it out. I would really like to play those Larrys and to play a another great lefty Ovation! It would be a great day!
When I talked to Dan at Morgan Music, I did not even ask about the price on the 6-string. He had just taken the 2 GC's as trade-ins and I really did not want to ask: what would you take for both? I would probably be the proud owner of both. Not that it would be that bad of a thing. But, one thing at a time.
Mark, I wish that I could buy an 810 for $800. I would be the proud owner of it too. I had a 714 Cedar top that was an awesome guitar. But, I really should have bought the 814. I listened to the salesman when I should not have.
Jeff, let us know what the price is when Dan decides and then we lefties can all have GAS together. :D
Thanks, about the stable. Yes, it has taken awhile to gather these together. My Gallagher is on E-bay right now too if anyone is interested.
Well, back to the GC. See ya! Barry
