Location: Phoenix AZ | Mark, My daughter studied in Madrid for a semester and it was a great experience. She made friendships that will last a lifetime. If you and your daughter can possibly do it, you will not regret it. Just be prepard for the fact that she may find Latin boys irresistable ... |

My daughter did her time in Italy ...
It doesn't have to be all bad ... I met lady stonebobbo whilst I was a student in Heidelberg, occasionally playing behind an open guitar case on the Hauptstrasse raising funds to supplement my meager lager budget. Sorry, Mark ... that ought to scare you ...
Seriously, it's best life experience any young person can get. If there's any possible way, make it happen. |

Location: Boise, Idaho | It'll happen. She just doesn't know which semester. She's a bright kid. Pulled a 4.0 first semester even though she was taking several junior level courses, including Spanish. Called to warn us she might get an A- in Spanish. I told her to see if she could pull it up if she aced the final and she did. Has a very nice boyfriend, too. Life is good. |
