Can a reconciliation with JT be far behind? |

My only concern would be if lack of Artist Relations drove my guitar maker out of business. Since Ovation has no Artist Relations and they are still in business, I'm not too concerned.
Oh-oh, Niel Diamond is playing a Greedlove! Crap, Nancy Wilson has a signature Martian! Andy Gibb (is he the dead one?) is playing a Seagult! Who freaking cares.

Actually I'll take the "Young" part as a compliment. I turn 49 next week.

In many cases, they'd be playing the brand they played with an endorsement or without. It was part of their "sound," it was what they were known for. Today, most artists play the instrument (at least in public) they don't have to pay for. |

Actually, i did play an Echotone like that for a month recently that Jeff W. paid for, and it was a bit stressful. Life can jump out and put a ding in my guitars and i'm cool with it, but somebody else's? No way.
But seriously, it is too bad that endorsements have so little meaning anymore. It is so tainted, almost like politics (which i'm NOT talking about here, except metaphorically, .... Brad :) )

When I mentioned this in a Usenet group, he was much defended, citing different definitions of "endorsement". I simply see it as dishonest. |

how many players endorse and use certain amps on stage only to find an old fender or marshall in back or off to the side that is really being used.
many bands have tons of speaker cabs that are not even loaded with speaker they are just there to impress.
I have seen ME use her 12 string and Al D use his guitar but also saw them with other guitars on the stage too.
Let me make a confession all of MY guitars are NOT ovations/adamas. |

Afraid so Tup. We lost Maurice (the beardy twin) a couple of years ago too.
On the good news, though, Robin (the really this one of the three who had really long hair in the Night Fever video) is moving back home to the Isle of Man shortly, if not already here.
Wonder if he sings rockabilly at all... Hmm

I thought her Taylor looked good, though. I have no clue when it started to happen but often I have been heard to say "hey that girl's mom is hot" |

One time she was hit on this one guy and was telling me how disgusting it was to be asked by such an "old guy". He came in the next day - at least 10 years younger than I am. Oddly, the next day my knees and my back hurt.
Sigh... |

So try this: Next time you see a MILF and her daughter say something along the lines like "I didn't know you had a sister" Of course, the MILF's offspring will be unhappy, maybe, but the MILF will love you! Works like a charm.
He\'s using an Ovation Uke! So lose one, gain another .... the keyboard player is playing the uke |
