Found out that Jim and I are about an hour drive away. So I visited him this afternoon. I thought anyone with soon to be, two 1537's needed some counciling. I brought over my 87 Collectors and I played it with the natural 1537 he has. I now know what most of you already know. Very sweet sound. I would say the 1537 won the sound contest but it was close. Got to play my first Adamas as well. I would still pick the the 1537. Did I notice more break angle on the tuner head of the 1537?

Jim's is a very sweet sounding 1537. It has "IT".

Great trip! Nice to be playing those guitars side by side.

Jim - Is your natural 1537 still available? I might know an interested buyer.
