Location: atlanta | I'm Kaki's dad. This review of one of her performances at the Sydney Festival showed up as a Google hit today:

The three stage guitars mentioned by the reviewer were her Adamas II 1581-5, her Hamer Newport Pro electric, and her Gretsch lap steel.
I know for a fact that she really enjoyed this Australian tour, even down to learning "how thin to spread the vegemite".

Location: Boise, Idaho | Didn't know she did vocals, too. I'd love to see her perform someday, if we ever get in the same part of the country. This area isn't usually one of the stops on anyone's tour list, although the Stones were here (I'd rather see Kaki) and we saw Preston Reed at a little venue in the mountains last summer. | |
