CBS Sunday Morning had a spot on Bob Seger. Showed him for a couple of seconds from the old days with an Adamas. His hair is pretty gray now, so he doesn't look just like stonebobbo.

I saw I shoot of him in his studio recently and there wher a couple of O's.

I was a Bob Seger fan... for about 15 minutes in 1978.

He had some nice things to say about Ovations in a recent interview...I think it was Guitar World Acoustic, but I'm not sure.

I love his songs. I just wish his voice had been a little lower. We added "Katmandu" to our rotation recently. About have to tie my boys into a knot to make that one work.

Bob Seger is without a doubt lady stonebobbo's favorite (go figure :) ). So I got some excellent seats for his show here in the SF Bay area next month. I'll report whether he has an A's or O's on stage, but I read somewhere recently he is playing something else these days.

His guitarist used to play a Preacher 12. I'm not sure if he used it live or not.

On a guitar lesson video for "Old-Time Rock-n-Roll" they showed how to do it in two keys.
The key Bob uses, and one for the rest of us who have destroyed their vocal chords, or reached puberty.

I don't think there's any law that says you can't change a songs pitch a little to accomodate a band's singer. It would sound much better than singing outside a comfortable range.

I was flippin' the channels last night and caught a thing on ABBA, the guitar player had a few O's- slothead 12 string, acoustic 6 something-or-other and a white breadwinner that he seemed to use a lot.

Man, if I had to sing inside my "comfortable range", I couldn't get through "Row, Row, Row Your Boat"! :-)
