Location: Wilmington, Ohio | Hi all,
I just joined a few minutes ago since my wife recently bought me my first Ovation (used) guitar. She picked it up on E-bay. I know nothing about Ovation's since I'm a blue's solid body man. Anyway I was hoping someone could tell me something about this model (CC267). I went to your reference area and found it is a 95' model (used serial #), but is it a korean model? I assume it is a Celebrity. It will be delivered here tomorrow from TX. and is supposedly in mint condition but it was also supposedly a 96' model according (again) to your reference/Ser/Mod area I found out differently.
Any info would be greatly appreciated. By the way, she paid $355 plus $40 S/H for it. Was this a good deal on a "MINT" condition Celebrity?
Thanks again!

Could you post a link to the sale?
I'm assuming it is a celebrity. I did not find anything on Ovation's website. |

That is a Korean made model and it's a Celebrity Deluxe model and they sell usually around $350.00 to $400.00 new and I've seen 'm as low as $269.00 used/new with little wear.

You have a great wife, and a great guitar. The only problem seems to be, one is never enough.
