I answered my own question...
Starting this year the "Energy Policy Act of 2005" set new change dates to the 2nd Sunday in March and the 1st Sunday in November. |

What a way to spend a beautiful 70 degree day. This would have been one of those days that I could have gone skiing and golfing on the same day. Instead, I cleaned the garage. |

I agree that the Capitalists probably think more people will be out shopping an hour later. But with current technology, and a 24/7 workweek, this will make no difference.
