Location: Westerville, Ohio | I will be attending the FPR at the end of March and would like to hear from those of you who have attend. Should be a lot of fun and I like the small (avg 6-8 students) per class.
So if you have any stories I like to hear from you.

| 1. There can't be anywhere else on earth with a list of teachers like that.
2. I can't believe how old Jack Casady is looking - been one of my musical heroes since the very first Airplane album. (I, on the other hand, haven't aged a day since then).
3. There's an Ovation in picture #14 in the photo gallery.
4. So that's beppe. |

Location: NJ | Last week, I had gotten a brochure from the Nat'l. Guitar Workshop up in CT, and they have QUITE an impressive roster of instructors as well.
A lot of these guys will "tour" through the country at GuitarWorkshops/Camps over the course of the Summer . . .
A couple of years ago Jeanette and I drove up to Poughkeepsie, NY to see Acoustic Hot Tuna at the Bardovan (her idea).
We ended up leaving during the intermission while I still had the ability to stay awake for the drive home. |

Location: Westerville, Ohio | I can't wait to go, for me this is the chance of a lifetime. This is the first time Adrian Legg is teaching there and that's the class I'm in. I've been a huge fan of Adrian's since 1993 and since I started playing agiain I've spent almost all my time studying his music. This is an experience that I won't soon forget. |

The Broken Banjo
Voiceless lies the broken banjo,
Breathes its tuneful soul no more,
Gone are all the days it sang of,
Gone are all the boys who swore,
When the banjo loudly thrummed on,
Roused them from their night's repose,
That the wretch who thus annoyed them
Should be numberd 'mong their foes
Oh, thou past-recalling banjo!
Would I might see, even now,
Other night-disturbing banjos,
Past recalling, e'en as thou.

Location: 6 String Ranch | There is a Swananoa Gathering at the Warren Wilson College in Black Mountain NC and it is very much like the Natl Git Workshop. Runs for 6 weeks, July 29-Aug4 is guitar week. I'm looking at being there this year. Been to the NGW last several years. Never been to Fur Piece. They are all good |
