Location: texas | Hi , new to this site havving reg. a little while ago . I bought an ovation 5 yrs. ago great guitar will never let it go and yes it says it was made in Korea a freind tells me that it is labeled wrong and that this is common I dont think so but the guitar is a 39th anniversry celb. delux deep bowl op30 abalone fret markers annd neck binding flame mapele top the label sys celebrity cs-247 ,my freind says it looks as it has the same bracing as his elite.My ? is do ovations get labeled incorrectly and can I upgrade it to a op-pro soory for the length ,thanks TB :) |

It's pretty rare for an O to be mislabeled, but it happens occasionally. The Celebrities are made in Korea.
You could possibly buy an OP-PRO from the Factory, but you would need an upgraded can for it as well. Contact customer service. |
