Anniversary Truss Rod Cover

Roundback Posted 2007-04-11 5:37 PM (#105916) Subject: Anniversary Truss Rod Cover Joined: November 2003 Posts: 231 My 1157-7 Anniversary has a carved walnut truss rod cover. I've seen others that didn't have one, so I assume they had the Kaman bar. Anyone know what year the switch took place, and is one better than the other? My 1117 Legend has the Kaman bar, and it's much easier to make neck adjustments. I think the K-bar started showing up in the regular O line about '82. But axe Moody, I'm usually wrong. LOL!
