I have acquired a celebrity CS148 which has the preamp and pickup removed. (but still has the cut outs for the preamp and battery). I have tried using a seymour duncan pick up across the sound hole and although it works it deadens the sound. I want to install either a) an under saddle ribbon piezo and then use an external pre amp or buy the correct on board preamp and piezo.
I also need to fit a new saddle and nut.(bone??
All suggestions and advice would be most welcome and where can I buy these parts
