Location: Lebanon, TN | I have said it before and I will say it again the support from Ovation is awesome.
I had the immense pleasure to drop in on the factory on my way up to Boston to collect my son back from college. I dropped off the 97 Collector with the finish cracks for a refinish; the 2006FKOA with the pitted finish that John is going to rework under warranty to improve the finish; and bought an Optima to go in my 1990 collector and an Optima tuner unit for the one busted on my 1994 collector.
For the short hour I was there John and Kim were totally gracious and appreciative on my interest and desire to rescue and succumb to the 'Spa' the instruments in my collection.
John walked me through the "Spare parts" rack in the service dept. OMG so many legacy items just sat there on the shelf. Saw a Q body and neck and picked it up, totally want one.
Will post pictures when these make their way back to me.
Man I love these guitars and this company! :D |

Location: Athens, GA & Gnashville | Very cool! I've been dealing with Kim for years, but only via phone, e-mail and UPS. I can say without reservation that he has given me the BEST service and customer support that I've had from ANY company on ANY product.
And he does that for everyone....even me! :)
Thanks again Kim, and I look forward to meeting you and John. |

Location: Colorado Rocky Mountains | I've only had one dealing with the factory, and it happened about ten years ago. The tone ring on my stacked controls had broken in half some years prior, but I just lived with it. Then one day, I found the factory address and sent them an e-mail asking where I might find a replacement. A week later, I received one in the mail. You just gotta love folks who respect their customers. |
