Location: Carle Place, NY | For the past two years I have been playing some songs, with the help of some friends, at the US Veterans Hospital in St. Alban's, Queens at the annual BBQ that is hosted by the area Elks lodges.
The event is on Saturday, June 9th, starting at about noon and going to about 3:00.
The vets are a very appreciative audience and applaud for even mediocre hackers like myself.
As always, we could use some help. Just bring a guitar, we will have the PA system and amps. For anyone who lives in the area and wants to participate, send me an email.

VA Hospitals, Children's Hospitals and Convalescent Homes (where I play) are some of the best gigs around! You'll play for free, but man-o-man, the benefits! You'll come away on cloud 9!
Go for it!!! | |

Last year's event, I thought, went really well. I think there's a good chance that I can make myself available to help out in any way possible this year. I'll see you at the tour in two weeks if I don't hear from you. :)
