As Roger Daltry said... "Give me a bum note an a bead of sweat anytime".
I've only spend a half hour rooting around this site but I know I've just scratched the surface.
I listened to everything from Mountain to Monkees.... from Blondie to Bowie. All live stuff from when bands like this were in their prime. Deep cuts from albums that you think you forgot about. Stage talk & mistakes included.

Back in the good-ol'-days when you had to have a gimmick.
Their music was okay in small doses, but those stupid haircuts... |

Check out the merchandise area. Concert promotion sheets they would paste by the dozens on old vacant buildings are selling for thousands of dollars. |

Location: Keepin' It Weird in Portland, OR | In Boston, in the '70's, I used to get some really nice posters of off the telephone poles to decorate my walls. Some nice 4-color, heavy paper ones.
Now that you reminded me, I had Romones, Patti Smith, Police, BOC, and a truck-load of J.Giels Band
and Aerosmith posters.
Were free trash then...
Probably would be worth something now. |
