Location: Richwood, TX | This is my first Ovation and I have no idea what it is worth. It is a referb. It was listed for $599 and the seller accepted $400. I have not received it yet and can't find much information on the web about it and I am wondering, does it have frett dots on the side of the neck since there are none on the face? Thanks Guys and Gals.

Location: South of most, North of few | Hey Brad, you didn't kill them, but you didn't get burned either. I had a CP2001, and it was a very nice player. Mine was a black cherry burst. It's an import, but a very nice guitar. I think it's a shallow body with the op24 preamp if I remember correctly. I sold mine on the bay for something like 450.00. BTW, Welcome! |

Location: South of most, North of few | Brad, this plays much like an electric. Very fast neck. Save your money if you're going to hang around here. A couple of attacks of GAS, and you'll end up like the rest of us.....guitar rich, money poor. |

Really, I would think it does. Has abalone surround on the body and neck though. Very "blingy" |
