I'm using 5:1 planary gear banjer tuners on a couple of my ukes and I'm thinking to maybe try them on a guitar. The only problem is that they require a larger peghead hole. So you need to be pretty damn sure before you experiment.

I think they originally wanted to build something and started collecting guitars from people (perhaps even donated to the museum by the more philanthropic folk) but nevere got the project off the ground.
In a virtual museum, once you've taken all the pictures, you don't need the actual guitar anymore. :rolleyes: |
