I just got an appraisal on my 1984 1687-8, and want to get some opinions from out here to see how close they got. I realize without pics it makes it harder. It's in excellent condition, no cracks, scratches that sort of thing. I'm looking for just a ball park figure counting on the benefit of your experience. Any help?

Appraisal is an appraisal and are more about what it would take to replace the item than how much you can buy or sell it for.

eBay is the best current gauge for the later, so just check recently sold models. There is an Adamas similar to yours that have been relisted several times, getting no bids, and they are asking under 2300. You can buy a NEW re-issue of that guitar for about the same.
