Location: Colorado Rocky Mountains | Congratulations, Dan. I knew you had been looking for the custom colors. These are great instruments that few people really understand and appreciate. I obtained the same model as the one on your left (orange flame maple) then started looking for another "special" model that was nowhere to be had, so thanks to Al and the good folks in New Hartford, I just went ahead and had it custom made. Coincidently, it is now en route and should be here this weekend. Pics will be posted early next week. |

Yeah..it has been warm here...Honeyburst, I think the Orange one is called...I'll be posting my 'Sunburst' Viper 12 EA58 'one of a kind' soon:-)
BTW..Has anyone seen the new top o/da line Hohner Eclipse models?..they have round backs & are very high end Ovation-like...ebony fretboard..curved back...built in tuners..unusual woods...good sound, not boomy...Extremely Hip!
Blessings! Dan |

I may have been the only one who saw a resemblance. |

While cosmetically different, they appear to be the same guitar? Are they the same? Any differences besides appearance?
They sure are pretty by the way. |

BTW, are you still gigging at Opryland? I told my daughter to look you up when she was thru there but she said you weren't on the bill that night. |
