in OTL, 'O' shows a head of body,
'T' shows upper body with arms,
and 'L' shows kneed legs.
in orz 'o' shows a head of body,
'r' shows upper body with arms,
and 'z' shows kneed legs.

it is running in our country 'Korea'.
We use it such a case like that when a new product which excellerate our mind to buy it comes out but the price is so high that we can't afford it.
Do you feel anything like that?
I felt 'OTL' when I was waiting for my vipy on production. |

I would have guessed that OTL was:
Over The Ledge (too late, I jumped)
Out To Lunch (not all there)
