Location: Utah | Can someone measure the distances center to center of the 3 knobs, plus of the cavity the electronics sit in. Also, photos of how the pickups and battery are wired to the preamp circuit board?
I have one of the very few Adamas Vipera guitars, which have no active electronics in them. Afaik there were only 3 or 4 made. Two were for NAMM, I have one, and there was a rumor of another. The body appears to be the same dimensions as the VXT, including the electronics cavity, though there is no battery compartment.
It has the OCP-1 acoustic saddle, not 6 independent saddles, but I believe it would be easy to connect it to the VXT preamp. The passive piezo output is a bit weak and thin sounding, so I am looking for a solution. The VXT electronics may be the perfect answer. | |

Location: Boise, Idaho | Just saw this. The knobs are 1 3/4 inches apart, center to center. I didn't take the back plate off to take pictures and measurements. | |
