I'm spending a nice relaxing day - the last 2 weeks have been crazy. My Mom broke her hip last friday - shopping for carpet - a wall full of samples fell on her. She lives up in NY, so I've been travelling back and forth to visit her in the hospital. In the middle of that, I had a job interview in Los Angeles - flew in wed. night, interview thur. morning and flew back thur. afternoon. The good news is - I got an offer. I need to iron out a couple of details, but should be employed again shortly. |

I spent a summer working in a carpet warehouse when I was a kid and some of those samples can get pretty big and heavy. A wall full certainly is. Wish her all the best from the OFC. |

The wife and I spent a week in Paris years ago and we've always wanted to go back and see the rest of the country. Maybe you can squeeze in a round with the French contingent! |
