I know this was a limited run - but is this a true figure of it's worth or is the seller hoping for the best??????? I don't see it being worth this price.

LOL - maybe more than a lot

What is the worth of these guitars - saw one go for 800.00 the other day - the case looked like a train wreck but that could be remedied.

Extremely wishful thinking, if you ask me. Going by the current market (as it applies to eBay), I'd say it's worth somewhere in the ball park of $700 - $1000 (on a good day). Of course a guitar, like anything, is only worth whatever someone's willing to pay for it, but I can't imagine anyone ponying up that kind of money for a Patriot. They are great guitars though. I believe they're more or less a Custom Legend under the hood.

Optimistic is a euphemism in this case. Delusional is more accurate. But more power to the seller; I wish him/her well and you never know what will happen on eBay.

I've still got #1 out at the factory. For that much money you can have number 1 !!! I'll even throw in two or three original shipping cartons.

This guy has been around several times on ebay. He's abut 3 times where it should be,

You gotta think though...in this day in age, some people might pay that just for the "patriotic" asspect of the guitar. Who knows?

Great... I do a semi-daily search on eBay for Lefty Acoustics, maybe on will pop up some day. (With my luck it will be the guy wanting $3k for the righty, and $5k for the Lefty)

If the patriotic theme was going to sell it, it may be too late. It's 9/12 now.
