| Hey there,
New here and to Ovations…
Just picked up a Balladeer and am trying to date it.
From what I see there aren’t actual serial numbers on it, just a model and looking that up it shows no prefix letter of S.
It has electronics in it and they show as being from the 90’s
It’s an S771 and the preamp is op24+.
I’d like to find out the specs on this as I’ve never seen one with this finish, they’re usually nice and shiny and stuff.
This one is kinda satin finish and the neck is bare with no position dots o. The fingerboard…
It all looks kinda old and dry
