My tuners (some glued) are in very bad condition and i contacted Schaller in Germany two weeks ago asking for a direct replacement for the Schaller M6 nylon light. The answer was: we do not produce any direct replacement tuners for that model. So my question is:

- What brand/part number would be the best replacement tuners today (do not need top notch quality)?

Please keep in mind i would like to buy from Europe (UK excl.).

Thanks,

/Niklas

In Europe I would contact Thomman Music they are an Ovation Distributor I believe.
GEWA now owns Ovation and is a Eutopean company so you could email them
My Dusty Guitar has lots of Ovation parts so you might be able to get the right ones from him
Here's some links hope they help

I have been in contact with Thomann, no luck.
Anyone out there that have replaced their tuners on a Breadwinner that can give me a suggestion on what brand & part number you used?

Thanks,

I think it might be possible to to pop out the back of the old tuners if they have the Ovation logo and put them into matching Schaller tuners. Not what I'd try, I'd break something for sure.
