Subject: Ovation Electronics Options. What’s The Diffetence?

Hi. I’m considering an Ovation guitar primarily for amplified stage use. The Ovation website lists all the guitars and the various pickups / preamps included. But doesn’t explain the difference between the various electronics options.

For example, the Celebrity Series comes with the Slimline pickup and OP4BT or OP4CT preamp. Or I could step up to the Pro Series and get an OCP1K pickup and OP Pro preamp. The Ultra Series has a OCP2000 pickup and K-21CT preamp.

But why is any of these better or worse than any of the others?

I’m primarily interested in this guitar as a stage instrument. So understanding what I’m getting with the electronics is important.
