Location: south east Michigan | Yeah, the west coast may have their own type of thing going but there is nothing like a car show in southeast Michigan. |

Location: Simpsonville, SC | Trag, my sister in law lives in Alpena, or close by. They go to a large car show somewhere on the UP evry year(have to go across the bridge to get there). Have you been to that one? |

From Alpena to the UP for a car show? I'm not sure, but that seems like quite a drive. I'm forgetting exactly where Alpena is at right now at the moment. |

Yup, that's "fureign" with a "u".
I never will forget driving down I-80 between Sacramento and Frisco, and seeing a GORGEOUS 28 Rolls bombin' down the freeway!
Everyone here is "Heavy into Chevy".
Edited to add:
I remember when I was a little kid the adults referring to Fords and Chryslers as foreign cars because they were made in Detroit. Chevy, and Buick was made here in Flint. |

Location: Simpsonville, SC | Trag, Alpena is in Northeast Michigan. They crossed to the UP via the Mackinac Bridge. Takes em a couple of hours but they enjoy it.
Doesn't beat a show that you can walk to. Nice pics. |
