Changing Pots

I'm really pleased with it but have a problem with the Volume and Tone Pots. Having a squint at the pots I noticed that they are combined. I would like o change them for either a direct replacement or two new separate pots. I can't find any on the internet?? There are many preamps out there, all a bit different.
