I thought my first was a Balladeer around 1985/6. However, looking in the archives, it doesn't look like they made a Balladeer in the color I had. I think it was "Barn Board" color. It was definitely had a mid bowl, non-cutaway, with chrome tuners, center hole, and dots for fret markers. I paid about $450 new.
Looking thru the price guide and archives on O's site, I am coming up with a Ultra that matches the description and price range. Does anyone have either a picture of a Barn Board colored guitar, especially an Ultra?
Does anyone have this guitar? |

| I saw an Ultra 1528 for sale on Tallahasse Fl craigslist a little less than a year ago. I remember not knowing what the color was and posted here about it. The consensus was "Barn Burst". Haven't seen another one. |

Also, that's the color of the '83 Collector. (it looks darker in this pic)

You may be right. I may be crazy... |
