Location: Chicago, IL | My favorite guitar is a 1111 from '79. One of the tuning pegs on the treble side is just broken. I cannot find an original on the internet, and I am very sorry. I hate to put non-original peg to this beautiful guitar. Does anyone have an extra around? This is twin screw chrome Schaller with black plastic casing.
I would be appreciative if someone can help. I am willing to pay for the part and the shipping. |

Location: Chicago, IL | Thanks, Beal. I don't see a two screw set on StewMac. But fortunately, google search revealed below vintage item. The ad says it is a "mini" tuner. Do you think this is the right size? If it is the right size, I will buy this. I like the idea of just getting one instead of the set to maintain the originality as much as possible. And I am so much relieved to see there are options out there. |

That's the smaller tuners on the 12 strings.
Bet Alpep might have one. |

And that, is the OFC spirit (along with the give and take of generous ka-ka). I have given people things and I have been on the receiving end. I can tell you that both are satisfying......

Location: Chicago, IL | Thanks to all of you. I had PM exchange with Dan last night. He does not accept any payment from me. I am grateful, and amazed with the OFC spirit. I plan to be here for good and look for opportunities to help out others.
I feel that I also owe a photo of my guitar. I will upload after the fix.

I mailed the tuner out today. It should be there in a few days.
Enjoy!

Location: Chicago, IL | Thanks to all the support from OFC. I replaced the tuner with Dan provided-it was the perfect fit. With a new set of strings and guitar polish, my 1111 Balladeer looks and sings beautifully again. Â This is by far the cheapest guitar out of a dozen I have. But this is the one I find myself playing the most.
