I found this ad in the Dallas/Fort Worth Craigslist. I know a lot of people want one of these and from the pics and description this one seems to be a decent one owner guitar. If anybody is interested and inquires about it, if they don't want to ship it I'm willing to drive over and get it and ship it to you. Only compensation would be ten bucks for the gas and you'd have to PayPal me the shipping first. I'll give it a thorough inspection. I'll also resist the temptation to play it a few days first to make sure the strings are functional! Just trying to do my part in keeping desirable Ovations in the right hands.

I've talked to the seller and he said he's getting offers in the 6-750 range. He said he thinks they want to buy it to resell for a profit. I assured him many Ovation collectors want this guitar for their collection and wouldn't resell it. I told him his asking price was on the high side and he said he'd take $1,000 for it and that it's in very good condition, it wasn't played much. I'd buy it but I'm taking my time shopping for an Elite. Hope this helps anyone who's considering this guitar.

$1000 is a very good price if it is in good shape and the neck angle is good. Mine is insured for more than that. I've never heard a better sounding acoustic than the Patriot.
