The filing by Gibson Brands, Inc. (Delaware) for ch. 11 bankruptcy won't affect the running of Gibson's business operation of manufacturing guitars at all. It's just a means to refocus their business, getting rid of their consumer electronics branch and one of the shareholders. Make no mistake: Gibson's shareholders have all the money in the world to steer course once the ship's sailing in the right direction.
