If I get '3rd party hosting disabled' when viewing photos on photobucket does that mean I need a photobucket account?

It means the person who put the image on photobucket hasn't paid a premium for the pics to be viewed outside of the photobucket website. If you are a casual viewer, nothing you can do about it. They introduced this paid tier in the last year, so you'll see those images all over where people aren't aware or have elected not to pay. If you're the image owner, yeah, like Damon said, use a different service.

OK. Just afraid I am missing some great pics of Ovation. Use Flickr and Onedrive myself

I started to use IMGUR again, did not wotk with firefox for a while, but it´s ok again now, even for computer dummies like me.
Photobucket works only complete if you have a premium account an this is way too expensive for "normal" users.
