Location: Brandon, MS | Got my son a Celebrity CS245 12 string. Awesome sounding guitar. The bridge tailpiece is cracked. I have emailed Ovation about a replacement bridge, but have not heard anything from them. Anyone have any ideas where to find a replacement?

Location: Keepin' It Weird in Portland, OR | If you bought your Celebrity "new" there should be a limited warranty.
For that you may have to take it back to where you bought it.
I am hoping that you bought it at a "brick and mortar" store.
If you bought it online from Guitar Center, Musicians Friend, or the like, you could contact them.
Otherwise I would Call Ovation. 1-805-919-2460 for the main office.
Or 1-800-552-4681 for the Repair shop. (I would call these guys)
If you are talking to a real person you will get quicker answers to your problem.
As to your problem, when you say "The bridge tailpiece is cracked" I am guessing that you mean the wood on the bridge cracked by the two screws? Correct?

the imports are serviced via the dealers NOT the USA repair shop. and they don't stock parts for them.
best is to go back to the dealer your purchased it from |

Location: Brandon, MS | Bought it used from an individual. It is cracked where the string barrels rest. I'm positive it's out of warranty. Too nice of a guitar to give up on:-). That's for the info???? |
