Low end Shallow Bowl

nochemd Posted 2018-02-09 7:46 PM (#541134) Subject: Low end Shallow Bowl Joined: January 2018 Posts: 9 Hello Masters. I have an ovation celebrity cc28 shallow/super shallow bowl. I've been trying to tweak equalizer settings to thicken the low end. I know it's a shallow bowl. But, what can I do in terms of settings to thicken the lower end. My strings are d'addario 80/20 .11-.52. I'm not a professional guitar player but the mids of the guitar is cutting through even when I lower the mid setting while plugged. Try a set of 11 - 52 Ernie Ball Aluminium Bronze to put some boom in the low end. Let us know if it works.
