Just purchased a folklore 1614 from the local craigs list for $250. By far one of the best playing/sounding guitars I've ever played. Before I found this I was going to purchase a low end taylor or martin for around $1500.I am thrilled. No comparison. The Ovation knocks their socks off!!!

Thanks Mark,I meant to say I was thinking of buying a low end Martin or Taylor in the $600.-$900.range.Still I've played Martins and Taylors in the $3,000.range.They're great guitars but there's something about the playability and the tone of the high end Ovations that I love.

Thanks Slothead.I love the Folklore.I play mostly fingerstyle and love the wider neck.I also have a Legend 1617 also a great guitar.I think I like the folklore just a little bit better though.I was ready to buy a Taylor Big Baby before I found this on craigslist.
