Location: When?? | It would be fun to learn everyone's favorites, and why...
For me, the first song to instantly pop into my mind going all the way back to youth has always been "Try A Little Kindness". It has a nice melody, was easy to learn, and the message is so incredibly Glen as everyone knew him. As for favorite.. I am definitely going with "A Better Place" as it was performed for television in the "I'll Be Me" documentary. That stage performance represented the perfect combination of a brand new song, coupled with a seasoned man's sentiment, intrepid courage, and the future of his kids.

Location: Boise, Idaho | I really like "A Better Place" for a lot of reasons. I need to learn it one of these days. He struggled with it a little at his concert in Phoenix, saying something about one of these new ones, but once he got going he was fine.
I've been getting a bunch of Glen's CDs over the last few years and picking a favorite song is about as tough as it is to pick my favorite Ovation. |

Location: The Great Pacific Northwest | It's pretty simple for me.. A lot of great tunes for sure... but Lineman and Ghost Riders are my favorites..
They are my favorites for a specific reason, and that is.. they stand up like few others regardless of arrangement or instrumentation or style. Glen performed them many different ways as well as countless other groups and artists over the years. They're timeless and he was instrumental in introducing them to the world. |

| Wichita Lineman is possibly the most harmonically rich song ever written and Glen just makes the song. Glen will be missed in this house. |

Watching glen shred is the best he had chops that all the greats would admire plus to few people know of his days in "the wrecking crew" playing on so many songs his catalog could fill a library.

I saw where in 1963 alone Glen recorded the guitar tracks on 600 songs. That's just amazing. |
