Location: Steeler Nation, Hudson Valley Contingent | It's that time again. (Or if you prefer, "Here we go again.") If we want an OFC Calendar for next year to show up at your door in time for Christmas, we need to get started. I have some ideas, but what I don't have are pictures! So get out and enjoy what's left of summer, but take your O's and A's with you along with a decent camera. Please send several pictures from various angles; the more the merrier! I've put a drop box up so you can send good-size files, so have at it! Here's the link:
OFC Calendar Drop File
I have already started the layout process, but you would be amazed at how much your submissions impact the eventual themes for each year. I can't wait to see what you all come up with! |

Location: Boise, Idaho | OK. I'll have to wash the car and take some guitar and car theme pictures. What happened to our summer? I'm actually looking forward to 2018 because, barring another catastrophe, it should be the year I finally retire. |

Location: Boise, Idaho | Finally washed the car (and mowed the lawn, just in case Waskel is looking) and took some pictures. Not very original and not very prompt, but I got that part done. Now I just have to send them to Patch. |

Location: Steeler Nation, Hudson Valley Contingent | I hate to admit it OMA, but I have to make sure they will be done in time. The project stalled about two weeks ago when a medical crisis struck in my wife's family. I've driven her to PA six times since then to help out. Now I'm just hoping to get two good, full days to finish laying it all out and to the printers. Keep your fingers crossed. Maybe I can get some work done on it today, but my morning is already locked up. Here's hoping though..... |

| Let us know when to start ordering. I won't mind if they're late as long as they make it out during the calendar year.
Thanks for all your hard work. I always get 3. One for me, one for a buddy and one for my daughter. We all love them. |

Location: Steeler Nation, Hudson Valley Contingent | Alright then.... I've submitted the edition for proofing, so everybody cross your fingers. Again, I apologize for the late finish. My wife's family needed her there for large portions of the last month. Sadly, we will be going there again this weekend...for a funeral. It's been torture on all of them. As a result, I should let you all know that I had to scale back several ideas I had, as I simply did not have the time to do them well. As such, the calendar has a cleaner look to it that, I think, presents a nice juxtaposition to last year's "busy-in-a-good-way" aesthetics. (That was my wife's term BTW.) I'll post an "oredering" thread shortly. And I have a favor to ask: For professional reasons, I keep a low profile online, so I do not have a facebook page. Can some of you let those places know about the calendar? I think we missed some orders last year because some folks just don't come here as often. Thanks in advance. Here's the cover..at least as it looks at the moment. I hope you all like it. |
