While we have had a "Page" on Facebook for a long time to promote the Ovation FanClub, it wasn't originally intended to be interactive. Mostly just a spot for those who search Facebook before anything else to find us.. and for the record, that's pretty much anyone under the age of 50.
Traditionally, when I would get a message via that page, I would send the folks here for all the latest scoop, but more and more I'm getting the.. "if it was that important, it would be on Facebook" reaction.
So, in that light... nothing has changed. Facebook is a little easier to share photos and videos, even live feed gatherings and other events. So that's a cool addition for those who want to participate.
If you "don't do facebook" that's ok. I'll be adding the feed to the front page here and you can see the goings on. Yeah, I bet you forgot there is more to this website than the forums didn't you
Enjoy

There are so many reasons why things that are "important" are not on Facebook.
One reason being that I can find stuff on the OFC that is over a decade-old.
Try to do that on Facebook. But many people nowadays have short attention spans.
Hence... FB, Snapchat, Vine, and any other reason to stare at your cell phone.
But I will still NEVER go to Twitter.
