I don't think that it's an Ovation....looks more like a Crafter (korean) or in some shots maybe a Gibson/Epiphone SST?....

The video is dark, it's tough to get a good look at it. I think that's an Ovation headstock on one of them, a Viper maybe?...

I'm pretty certain it's a now discontinued Alvarez-Yairi. Body outline is almost identical to an Ovation, headstock is vaguely similar. They were pretty decent guitars. Chris Smither used one a lot.

they are playing the same guitars in this clip. in the first clip i thought they were playing an ovation electric and another custom adamas.

seems the alvarez-yairi, without any sound hole(s) would only be good plugged in.
