I tried to send a PM to a new member (canovation) in the welcome center and I don't think it went through. Looks like they need to be "approved" first, so someone please approve the new member. Thanks.

I also have sent a message to that person.
He just hasn't read it.
It will stay in your "outbox" until the receiver opens it.
Then it will appear in your "sent items" box.
I have received PM's from people in the Welcome Center who have not been upgraded.
So they have access to the PM system.
Canovation just needs to check his mail.
(or his spam filter)
