Two weeks ago I acquired an Adamas MEII 1598 (dating from 2004). When you look at the guitar there are only soundholes on the left side. However I saw a picture of (apparently) the same guitar with soundholes at both the left and right side.
My question: how come there are are two different looks?

Grtz

Some only have them on the Bass side, some have both.
Depends on how they were ordered.

There are sonic considerations to both layouts.
Also, some people don't want their pick hitting the Treble side decorations.

Yes, I would guess that the same applies to a W597.
There are custom orders as well as experimentation going on here.
I have a W597 with a Textured Top. It was a custom order, but not by me.
I know that there are 1581 Adamii with both two epaulets and one epaulet.

Photos would help.
