Location: Frozen Tundra of Minnesota | Hi!
I am looking for an Adamas I, 1688-2 12 String, in Red.
I would prefer one with the wooden knobs, if possible. In Good shape, it would be going to a very good home, lots of love, and temperature/humidity controlled Nan-Cave to live in! I would like to learn to play a 12 String now, and this is the one that I have set my heart on!
Please let me know if you have one that you are interested in parting with, and price.
You can email me at: naellis58@aol.com
Thank you so very much for your time and consideration!
Nancy

Location: Canada | You may as well start at the top for a 12 string eh. I would love to have a 1688 too regardless of colour. Though right now I have my eye on a super rare non ovation 12 which will probably be gone before I make up my mind. |

That is what I figure! "Get the Very Best Tool for the Job that you can get, Take care of it, and it will take care of you!" (I can still hear my Dad saying that to me!)
I hope that you get your Rare one too D'Ovation! |

Don't forget the gold pixie-dust!
Someone, somewhere, will decide that they could use the money for something they really want, and feel guilty that their poor Red Adamas 12'er could be being used, enjoyed and loved, and they will send me that once in a lifetime email!!!
Then there will be much happy dancing, and high pitched squealing of pure joy!!! (Followed by the prerequisite nap from over exertion! . )
I wouldn't want to deprive that Wonderful person of creating so much joy by giving up hope on that Dreamy Red one until I have exhausted all avenues of trying to find it!!! Good things come to those that wait, right??? (Or... You grow old and die without it.... I am hoping for the Happy ending! ) |

I wish that there was a HUGE Thumbs Up icon for this Stephent28!! Thank You!!!
If I gave up that easily, I didn't deserve the Red one! |

Location: Boise, Idaho | I like red, too, which is probably why I fell in love with that 99 Collector that started me down this road. It's gone, but the red #47RI is the only red acoustic guitar that I have. I'm sure it wouldn't sound as good if it were a different color. |

Yes, it will be at least a year before they are able to produce one, they don't have the resources or equipment at this time... And I could be looking at a substantially higher cost, than finding a used one. It certainly is a possibility for the future, but I really am hoping to find one. I already have plans for the Boys when the time comes, and I am pretty sure I am going to have to sell a couple to get a custom made.

I believe that their site might have been taken down, as that is the only page you can actually see - the domain, www.JJ55Musicshop.com takes you to a place to buy the domain name, so I think that they are probably gone, but what a Beauty!!! And SIGNED too!
Thank You so much for looking for me! I do believe that I am going to end up ordering one from The Boys next year, when there is the possibility of them making them again. Thank You All SO Much for your help!!! |
