There is a person asking questions in the Welcome Center that I cannot answer...
He is trying to find a replacement for his OP24 for a 12-string Legend 1756.
If you don't visit the Welcome Center, Here is the thread:

And here is the question:
"I have found a guitar specialist who is selling OP-24+ preamps. It looks the same shape, but no dimensions given. And anyway, can these be used as a straight swap for the older OP-24? Or is it a not-quite-straight swap but possible with a bit of the right knowledge. Is there anyone on here who has done this swap, or knows anything about it?"

Does someone have an answer?

OP24 on top and OP24+ below. They are not interchangeable.

OP24 vs. OP24:

Measurements:
OP24: Outter L = 7.35cm; W = 4.20cm, Inner L = 6.25cm; W = 3.60cm
OP24+: Outter L = 7.70cm; W = 4.25cm, Inner L = 6.60cm; W = 3.62cm

The bowl mounting looks similar, but...

The screw holes are in different locations. Making a make shift mount in the bowl would be quite a difficult task. Definitely not a straight swap and should a swap be attempted some skills would be required. I hope this helps! Good luck!
