There's a bachelor contestant named James Taylor of all things, who has been playing an Ovation in a couple of episodes, including the one last night. I didn't see it long enough to identify it. |

Don't watch the show. You'll hate yourself for watching a bunch of vane youngsters act like a bunch of vane youngsters.

.
Looks to me like a pretty old one.
Can't see if there's a skunk stripe.
Label looks a bit different... kinda like the old foil ones... but not quite.

LOL!!!! I *would* watch it then!!! Showing OMA in the bathtub on a tropical island, with the sun setting, aromatic pastel flowers strategically placed, with a young babe and bubbles, Oh Yeah, I would watch that!! LOL!!! (No offense at all intended OMA, but it would be entertaining!!) |

It is a REALLY stupid premise for a show, but if they paid me enough I would do it.
I would bring an Adamas too!

I don't watch tv, but I'd make an exception for OMA on Bachelorette! |

Arthur.. I just contacted an agent I know.. showed her your stuff. She is quite interested and will be calling soon with a fat offer. No, no.. it's okay.. you can thank me later with a cut of the proceeds. Oh, and she wanted to know if she can stencil paint some roses on your Adamas for the final episode when you take the lady into the sunset. I said sure.. but she would also have to supply some DEET to wash them off with after the break-up and the lawsuit. So that's all for now. I'll see ya on the studio set. |

Is watching this show some sort of therapy?
More of a *punishment* to common sense and logic...
They have a Bachelor or Bachlorette, usually a very good looking young person, who can't seem to find the Love of their Life, so they come on a TV show, and pick from a bevy of 20 or so, other good looking, but Love Lacking young people. After a short series of short dates, and several quickie bedroom tryouts, the Ultimate Goal is to find your One, True Love in a short series on TV, and ask the ONE to Marry you. The behind the scenes clips of these morons backstabbing, fighting, getting drunk (women too...) , and generally showing them at their worst, is why people actually watch it. Personally, I'd rather watch paint dry...
P.S. Actually, when it first came out, it was rather intriguing, it was more of a strategic competition. When the Bachelor(ette) asked the person they chose to marry them, that person had to decide whether to say yes, and get married, or take like a quarter of a million dollars!!! So people who had no intention of getting married would *play* the game to try to be chosen, so that they could pick the money instead. At least then it had some twists in it, and you had to figure out what each person was really there for...

Only much longer, more tedious, and less funny.
And Mark... I don't know if you have cable TV...
But you must have a computer, and a Guitar.
There is ALWAYS something better to do than watch "The Bachelorette"
(which spellcheck tells me is NOT a word)

Location: Boise, Idaho | I agree, Arthur. We didn't own a TV for the first 10 years of our marriage and I accomplished quite a bit. We only got cable because it was the only way our daughter could watch Sesame Street. Then I got a TV for background in my exercise room with a Nordic Track, step machine and universal gym and I stayed in pretty good shape. Then I started watching a little TV as I noodled around on guitar and my guitar playing improved, but the exercise room became the guitar room. Then I'd get on the laptop while my wife had the TV on and posted way too much on the OFC. Now the TV has gone from background to foreground and I'm becoming a couch potato. |

I have a 1992 model #6104 lemon-lime-stain for sale and will let it go for $0.85 + shipping.
It has a small finish crack on the nubuial, but the crack does not hinder its reduncing protilogue. |

I boycott any "reality" TV shows. Dr. Phil heads the list for unnecessary drama, though. |

Yeah... Broke my heart when Kevin didn't end-up with Winnie.
Just like when Eric didn't end-up with Donna. (70's Show)

But Kelso did end up with Jackie (Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis).
Donna never should have gone blonde, it ruined her character "Red". LOL!!! |
