| Anyone else get this error? It will be difficult to sell these if you can't see them! I tried on different browsers, and I'm 'Not authorized to access the page'?

I cannot even find a "50th Anniversary" at the "Legend/Balladeer" section.
I think that they might be all sold-out.
There were only 50 of each, and many were ordered sight-unseen.

| I get the error on IE, Firefox and on my phone.
Go to guitars, pick Legend/Balladeer, then wait for the 50th Anniversary model to slide by. Click it, and you get the error. |

Actually I'm only mentioning what may be semantics as this is a sign of a well done website. Not some random "error message" 404, 503, etc.. but a proper prompt letting you know at least the page is working as designed and it's not a browser issues, or internet issue or anything else. Well done.

Yep, I fully agree. Consideration for the viewer on the part of the developer. Rare anymore it seems.
PS: Rare except here on the OFC of course :-)

Location: Always beautiful canyon country of Utah | I somehow think that if they are working on the site/page a more proper message would be "under construction" or "currently undergoing maintenance" or some such message. "You are not authorized" somehow does not sit well with me. Am I a minority of one?? |

Clicked on Legend/Balladeer page. (http://ovationguitars.com/guitars/legend_balladeer) Clicked on slider in all browsers.
Saw 50th Anniversary, Legend/Balladeer and Celebrity Standard/Celebrity Plus images.
I'm a web developer by trade. I did not see any problems with this site. No JS errors, no AJAX errors. Nothing. Site works fine. If there's a problem it's with your IP or some other source. |

| Another error. I wanted to send them a message (INFO/CONTACT). At the end you have to type in a code, but the window where you have to type it never becomes active. You can click on it all you want it does not work.
