Hard shell case for Elite 12 string 2758 AX

I love the guitar and want a hard shell case. I ordered an ovation 8158 case, but I had to exert way too much pressure to close the case. I returned the case. I checked SKB and Gator for offerings with no luck. The 9158 case is the same as far as interior space. I don't want a gig back because I may travel with it. Is there anything out there? That information is not helpful, but it is true. You could contact Mark Bruhn at Sweetwater: (scroll to bottom of page) http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/8158 And ask him to have someone check to be sure that a contour bowl will fit in the case. They might do that. They are actually nice people with a very large shop. I am not sure which cases that you tried, but the new 8158 WITHOUT the Silver nameplate generally work for contour bowls. Also the "Zero Gravity" 8358 Foam Core case is not really a gig bag, and not really a case. You might want to check out one of them. Good Luck on your search.
