| I know that this model does not compare to the textured tops or epi models, and that it's not many here's favorite.
but I just won a 6591 with a natural graphite top for a little over 600 shipped, and I'm sure while it won't scare my other A or some of my deep-bowl Os that it will have it's own unique voice that's not total $#!t and a worthy addition to my collection.
graphite 6591
looking forward to another pre-Fender Ovation/Adamas guitar and the sound of Brown.

| Thanks Schroeder..
I was in bed,(and probably still should be, I'm having another gall bladder attack) when Char came in and told me I had just won something on the bay.... it really was just a "hail mary" bid...
I couldn't let an Adamas in good condition go too low, at least to anyone but me :D so I threw a max bid of $600 on it.
surprised and happy I won.. now I have to figure out which guitar/s will have to go... ,
I'm still on a 1 in 1 out rule, and she(Char) reminded me I'm a couple of guitars behind on the Out portion of the deal... but she was kidding, sorta almost..

| Congrats. I was curious about that one. Never heard a roundhole A. Bring it up to the jam in January so we can check it out. |

| glowing endorsement Unkka Beal...
I've paid more for Legends, Collectors, Custom legends, Anniversary Models and Elites,
so I'm ok as long as it sounds/plays somewhere in that spectrum.
if not we can make it another pass-around puppy or "O"rphan or "A"doptee so that those interested in
"trying" before buying can check this model out.

| Glenn,
I was watching that auction. Good buy! That has to be worth it for an Adamas in good shape. I'd like to hear strung with heavy D'Add's tuned down to C standard. That'll vibrate the top! |
