Ovation magnum 1 bass string mute

It has been a labor of love, a truly magnificent bass. Last thing I need to do is fill the hole in the bridge where the mute used to be. I would love to find another mute assy, but i'd settle for the "ovation" logo plate that was used on later models. Any info would help, and I'd even purchase a whole bridge if I had to. As far as the mute... good luck. Going back to the beginning of the Internet and beyond, I have yet to see a mute assembly or the plate, anywhere but ON a Magnum... but I have certainly seen many missing them. They are out there somewhere, probably sitting next to a box of Ovation Microphones and a stack of amps.
